An Hypnotic loop, an amazing example of street art animation by Blu and David Ellis. Shot in an old house in Puglia, southern Italy, in a week total. Amazing job as usual, Blu a true artist. Chek out MUTO or his website for more. I wonder when this tecnique is gonna be picked up by advertisement.

This is a very nice idea about how to use different technologies to make an ad that looks simple (actually, it is simple) but that hides underneath a grat idea. Lancome made this using a technology that creates movement, with a special paper that can be written over and over, making the actual image change.

Pretty impressive, when you think you are looking at a screen but, in fact, it’s just a thin layer of paper. Give to bored commuters an original thing to look at, you will get all the awareness you need.

The product is new Lancome Oscillation Mascara.

The Water Horse is a Japanese “Loch Ness style” new movie, about a sea monster. In a way, similar to Cloverfield (unconventional ways of promoting a movie), in others light years away from it (simpler ideas).
Still, they created a water hologram of the monster in Tokyo bay. Really interesting, really technological. Very Japanese, indeed.
